The GC's super has five tickets and a report waiting on him? Send one link. He opens it on his phone, sees everything that needs his name, and signs it all at once.
No app, no login. He can open any one to read it first, and untick anything he won't sign.
Import a batch and each one is filed by the date it was taken.
Same crew, same job. Change what's different and send it.
The crew reads the forms in their own language. The finished paperwork stays in the form's language.
The crew's phone shows only the work: today's report and forms. The office sees every job, what's in today, and a green ✓ on every complete day. One switch moves between them.
Invite a company working for you from inside the job. Pick the forms they owe you; their finished paperwork comes to you, straight to your GC, or both.
When a GC invites you, pick the job you already have and it links. The GC's required forms are added, and paperwork from before the link stays with you.
Toolbox talks are training aids. Where a topic is tied to a specific OSHA standard, the standard is cited. They do not replace OSHA standards, your employer's safety program, or training required by a qualified or competent person. Oversite is a record-keeping tool, not a compliance guarantee. Talks tied to an OSHA standard cite it; trade-specific talks without a citation are general good-practice guidance.
Choose a report, ticket, or form. Add the details and photos.
Send one link. They sign everything waiting on them at once.
Collect the signature and keep the finished PDF with your project.
Keep finished PDFs, signatures, and document history together, ready to find when you need them.
Oversite is for your own field paperwork first. If you're on a job where the general contractor also uses Oversite, what you finish goes to them automatically, sorted by project. If they don't, you send the PDF the way you do today. How it works for your GC →
A field seat is one person who fills out paperwork. Volume discounts above 20 field seats. Annual billing includes 12 months for the price of 10.
| Field seats | Each / month |
|---|---|
| First 20 field seats | $25 |
| Seats 21–50 | $22 |
| Seats 51 and up | $19 |
Free: your company dashboard and every office login (people who run jobs, manage crews and receive paperwork but don't fill any out), people who sign from a link, people who receive your PDFs. That is the same for every company, a general contractor too. You pay only for the people who fill out paperwork.
No. They open the link on their phone or computer, review the document and sign. No app, no login.
Yes, with a subscription (the free trial uses our standard forms). Upload a blank copy (a PDF or a photo) of your own form or a GC's. The app converts it into a fillable form that prints on the original page. You review the converted form and approve it before anyone can use it; after that it's locked and filling it out involves no AI.
Yes. Tap Request on a report, ticket or form and send the link. They take or pick the photos on their own phone, with no app or login, and each photo waits for you to accept it onto your document.
No. Once a document is delivered to a GC's project, the GC keeps that copy. You can stop sending new documents at any time. If you revise a document, the GC receives the revised version.
Each person picks the language they read the app in, and each project contact can have a preferred language too, so someone signing from a link reads it in theirs. The questions on a form show in that language; the finished document stays in the form's own language.
Filling out reports, tickets and forms, adding photos, and signing on your own device all work offline and save to the device first. Syncing to your other devices, sending PDFs, and signing links need a connection; they go out when you're back online.
Nothing is deleted, and your company dashboard stays free: everyone on your account becomes an office login. You can still run your jobs and crews, open projects and documents, download finished PDFs, export projects and receive paperwork from your subs. Filling out, editing and signing paperwork, and signing links you already sent, wait until you add field seats again. Adding seats brings everything back as it was.
Same app, two sides. Field is for filling out paperwork: just your jobs, today's report and your forms. Dashboard is for the office: every job, what's in and what's missing, adding projects and inviting people. Nobody fills out paperwork from the Dashboard. You choose who gets the Dashboard switch.
No. One login can hold both: your company's account and your own. When you join, you choose which of your projects (if any) to bring to the company; the rest stay in your own account, and you can switch back to it any time.
Only the people who fill out and sign paperwork — your field seats. Your company dashboard and office logins (project managers, office staff, anyone who runs jobs and receives paperwork without filling any out) are free and unlimited. A subcontractor you invite onto your job pays for its own field seats.
Not yet. The Procore integration is in progress and isn't available to customers today. Read how it will work.
