Your subcontractors fill out their daily reports, tickets and safety forms on their phones. Every one lands in your dashboard, sorted by project and by sub. Filing daily reports straight into your Procore Daily Log is in progress.
Your team spends hours a week on paperwork the subs should be handing you.
Daily reports and PTPs show up late, get lost in trucks, or never come in at all. Your super spends the afternoon asking for them.
What does come in arrives by email, text and photo, in a different format from every sub, and nobody can find it three months later.
Someone on your team copies manpower and notes into the Daily Log by hand, every day, on every job.
Four steps. You can do your part from your phone.
Sign up with your work email and your company name. No card, no seats, nothing to buy.
Name the job. Use Oversite's standard forms and it's ready right away, or upload your own safety forms as PDFs or photos.
If you uploaded your own, we turn each one into a form your subs fill out on their phones, and email you when the project is ready.
Add your subs' emails or post the QR code. Invitations go out from your company and project once it's ready, and everything they finish files to your dashboard.
Your total setup time: sign up, add a project and invite your subs. Add your PMs and supers whenever you like.
Your dashboard is organized the way you think about a job.
| Company | Workers | Hours | Attachment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Atlas Millwork | 6 | 48 | 📄 Daily Report.pdf |
| Coastline Drywall | 9 | 72 | 📄 Daily Report.pdf |
| Bright Line Electric | 4 | 32 | 📄 Daily Report.pdf |
Not live yet. Until it is, subs keep uploading to Procore the way your project requires, and the dashboard holds everything in one place. When it's live:
It makes their daily paperwork easy, and all in one place.
Daily reports, tickets and your forms in one app, with photos, manpower and signatures. Fewer steps every day.
Your project and your forms are already set up in their app. No setup calls, no training.
You already pay for Procore. You shouldn't pay again to fill it.
Subs pay for Oversite as their own field reporting app, the same one they use on every job and for every GC. There's a free trial, and you're never billed for their use.
All we ask: tell your subs Oversite is your preferred way to turn in field forms.
Not yet. It's in progress and isn't available to customers today. When it is, your Procore admin connects Oversite once, subs keep filing from their own app, and daily reports post into your Procore through that connection. Subs never need Procore logins.
Yes. General contractors are free: no per-project fee, no per-user fee, no contract. Subcontractors pay for their own subscription because it's their reporting tool on every job.
Nothing changes for them. They keep sending paperwork the way they do today. Every sub who does join saves your team the chasing and the retyping.
Yes, and you don't have to. Oversite's standard forms (daily report, extra work ticket, Pre-Task Plan, toolbox talk, safety inspection, equipment inspection and incident report) are included on every project. To use your own, upload your JHA, PTP or permit forms when you add a project, or any time later. We set them up, and every sub who joins the project gets them in their app, already set up for your job.
Daily reports, to the Daily Log with manpower and the signed PDF, with that day's other forms attached. Today, every document, including tickets, toolbox talks, PTPs and your own forms, files in your Oversite dashboard by project, sub and form type.
Your GC Admin manages the company and its projects. Project Admins and Viewers see only the projects assigned to them.
Yes. Once it's available, your Procore admin can disconnect it at any time from Oversite or from Procore's app management.
Sign up, add your first project and invite your subs. Use our standard forms, or upload your own and we set them up.
